Scam / Not Sent What Was Purchased

I just received a different doll than what was ordered. The quality was subpar. I paid extra for opening and closing eyes, a heartbeat, and an accessory kit. None of that was sent. I reached out to customer service. I included a copy of my receipt and a picture of what I got. Customer service, after seeing the documents I sent, is now insisting that I got the correct item and is saying that the other items weren't purchased. Customer service suggested that I order again! The other items are literally listed verbatim on the receipt. Based on the other recent reviews, I am assuming this is a scam. I just placed a charge back on my credit card.

Lost all my money from this company…

Lost all my money from this company sent fake doll. They told PayPal for me to send back which I did unfortunately I didn’t send with tracking as it was £40+ pounds so I am out of pocket for over a£120 and no doll for my daughters birthday. I have reported to national fraud

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Complete scam. The dolls I received are absolute rubbish nothing like the photos, one of them is absolutely terrifying looking I wouldn't pay £10 for them never mind the £124 I spent. The one photo they have adveritsing the dolls is completely fake total false advertisement. 19 emails back and forward fighting for my refund, they expect me to pay £71 to send them back and when I stated their obligations legally they have completely stopped emailing me back. I'm now going to have to go through my bank to get a charge back. Absolutely shocking company.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. I am now left with an expensive average looking doll that was advertised as a Reborn Doll. I am glad I received it in time to get another gift for my granddaughter for Christmas because there is no way I would wrap this and expect a happy smile on Christmas Day. I have emailed a complained and heard nothing. I have submitted a negative review and no real shock, but it is not on there for all to see.Keep away from this company. Chinese rubbish masquerading as American quality. Can this site not be taken down so others don't fall for this scam ???

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Doll looks nothing like advertised. Hard and plastic looking with an awful wig!! Totally disappointed. So pleased I ordered early as there is no way I could give this to my child for Christmas. At least I’ve still got time to get a replacement before Christmas I’ve messaged three times for a refund but no reply.

False advertising. Doll you receive is NOTHING like the images. I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Avoid at all costs. I’ve emailed about how terrible they are but won’t hold my breath for a reply. Went with the reviews on the site which were good but they are obviously fake too. Gutted 😞

After the 3rd email of dissatisfaction, they replied with an offer of 10% compensation. I paid for an extra quality guarantee along with doll order and they didn't even offer for me to return the doll for improvement or satisfaction guarantee that I paid for. I wish I could post pictures of the doll I received. It's a joke compared to what you actually order. DON'T ORDER DOLLS FROM THIS SITE!! SCAMMER'S!!

Absolutely the worst experience. Dolls more realistic looking can be purchased at Walmart. Customer service doesn’t care. Only received 3/4 of my order and the best they will do is give me 10% back. WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER! I purchased a rebornart doll from this company. It was the "Maddy" doll. Beautiful in their pictures. Reviews on their page seemed great - all of which they would have created themselves. The doll I received wasn't even in their packaging. It was in a different company's packaging. The quality was awful. My aunt said It looked like a sex doll, my mum said it looks like a hooker, and sadly I'd have to agree with them! It's hideous. My 18 month old won't even touch it! I'd like to put some photos so you can see. Suffice to say, DO NOT ORDER! I'm currently in discussions with them through PayPal to get my money back.
