Scam / Not Sent What Was Purchased
I just received a different doll than what was ordered. The quality was subpar. I paid extra for opening and closing eyes, a heartbeat, and an accessory kit. None of that was sent. I reached out to customer service. I included a copy of my receipt and a picture of what I got. Customer service, after seeing the documents I sent, is now insisting that I got the correct item and is saying that the other items weren't purchased. Customer service suggested that I order again! The other items are literally listed verbatim on the receipt. Based on the other recent reviews, I am assuming this is a scam. I just placed a charge back on my credit card.

Lost all my money from this company sent fake doll. They told PayPal for me to send back which I did unfortunately I didn’t send with tracking as it was £40+ pounds so I am out of pocket for over a£120 and no doll for my daughters birthday. I have reported to national fraud

The dolls I received are absolute rubbish nothing like the photos, one of them is absolutely terrifying looking I wouldn't pay £10 for them never mind the £124 I spent. The one photo they have adveritsing the dolls is completely fake total false advertisement. 19 emails back and forward fighting for my refund, they expect me to pay £71 to send them back and when I stated their obligations legally they have completely stopped emailing me back. I'm now going to have to go through my bank to get a charge back. Absolutely shocking company.

Absolute rubbish. I am now left with an expensive average looking doll that was advertised as a Reborn Doll. I am glad I received it in time to get another gift for my granddaughter for Christmas because there is no way I would wrap this and expect a happy smile on Christmas Day. I have emailed a complained and heard nothing. I have submitted a negative review and no real shock, but it is not on there for all to see.Keep away from this company. Absolutely terrible. Doll looks nothing like advertised. Hard and plastic looking with an awful wig!! Totally disappointed. So pleased I ordered early as there is no way I could give this to my child for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER! I purchased a rebornart doll from this company. It was the "Maddy" doll. Beautiful in their pictures. Reviews on their page seemed great - all of which they would have created themselves. The doll I received wasn't even in their packaging. It was in a different company's packaging. The quality was awful. My aunt said It looked like a sex doll, my mum said it looks like a hooker, and sadly I'd have to agree with them! It's hideous. My 18 month old won't even touch it! I'd like to put some photos so you can see. Suffice to say, DO NOT ORDER! I'm currently in discussions with them through PayPal to get my money back.
