I love reborn dolls, but the real artist reborn dolls are soooo far out of my price range. This doll by Aori is a wonderful, budget-friendly alternative. She's not as detailed as an artist reborn, but she's still pretty lifelike and very cute. She has big blue eyes with long lashes, chubby cheeks, and a sweet expression. Her hair is a doll wig, not rooted, so it can be brushed but not really styled but that doesn't bother me. She's weighted a little so she feels floppy and heavy, and she's very nice to hold. The bear she comes with is adorable, and the arms and legs are even jointed! I'd definitely recommend this doll, and other Aori dolls, as a more affordable alternative to a reborn baby doll.

If you’re on the fence about buying this baby, I’d do it! She is exactly as described in the write up. Look at my video and decide for yourself! I did misspeak when I said her legs could be posed. That’s probably not a good description, but you can cross her feet, etc.

She looks into my eyes. Her eyes are lovely blue. Her clothes have feminine touches: faux pearls, embroidery, sequins. Her bear is adorable. I know she's a doll, but I could almost forget. As an older disabled lady, who didn't have children, it is healing to cuddle this lightly weighted angel. There are dolls that look more real, but they cost so much more. I don't care to change diapers, so no need for realistic personal parts. I didn't give 5 stars for durability, because: a) children must be old enough to take care not to wet the cloth covered torso, as it could mold; b) I couldn't resist cutting her bangs, because they went into her eyes. With experience, I did a nice job. However, younger kids could mess it up.

Best baby doll we’ve purchased thus far

These dolls are so cute! They’re the most realistic looking aside from the creepy dolls that look like legitimate babies. Weighted well like a real baby, arms and legs aren’t hard but more like a harder silicone, squish-able. It’s been a while since I’ve had a baby but I’d estimate it’s size to be like a 3-5 month baby size.

This doll is very lifelike. Her hair is silky, her nails look like a newborn, she is weighted to feel like you're holding a real baby. I wish her eyes closed, and her mouth was made to drink a bottle better. All in all my granddaughter loves her!

Bought this for my special needs teen, and she absolutely adores her. This doll is lifelike, weighs around 4lbs, and fits in her doll carrier, crib, & stroller. Doll was packaged well, with plastic covering her arms & legs. Paci is magnetic, teddy bear is jointed, & super soft, & she even has on a newborn sized diaper underneath her clothes. We were not disappointed in this doll & I’m so glad we picked this one instead of a different one we were looking at! Worth the money!

She’s beautiful!!!! Her clothing is beautiful!!!!! The details in her outfit are beautiful….. the little pearls…. Ahh!!!! I got this for my 8yr old for Christmas! She has a decent amount of weight to her. I just can’t get over how precious and soft her little face and legs are. She even has little white finger nail tips…. I am beyond PLEASED!!!! This baby doll is absolutely gorgeous! She is weighted nicely, looks life-like and is posable. She has a soft/fabric body with her limbs and head being a hard silicone type material. She comes with a few accessories and stunning clothes! I did not take her hair net off because I had purchased a few different doll options as a gift, but ended up choosing a different doll for the child I was buying for. Her hair looks nice and thick (no bald spots). I would recommend this baby doll!

I got this doll as a Christmas present from my mom to my daughter, I did my research and I looked to a TON of “life like realistic newborn” baby dolls and this one stood up a lot and I don’t regret getting her. It really surprised me that the baby really looks like a real baby :/ I mean Texture of the skin, the details in the toenails, nails, hands, feet, eyelashes, everything!!! The only bad thing about it is that I am a photographer and now I want this doll for me hahaha, it will definitely serve two purposes if my daughter lets me lol, she can be my model for newborn babies. Thanks to the other little girl in my daughter's classroom that brought in this same doll to school, I heard about it for weeks! So I broke down and asked the other parent and this is the doll they sent me. I ordered her right away and my daughter was overjoyed. This is a larger doll and really nice quality. Her arms, head and legs are strong but soft plastic and her body has a softeness to it but also some sturdy weight that feels somewhat realistic to a small baby, comparing it to the other dolls we have. The babies expression is very sweet and life like. She came with a little dress, hair bows, feet booties, sweater, blanket, stuffed toy, bottle and pacifier. So far the doll has been on many road trips, class recess and every day play since December and has held up really well. She has perfect amount of straight, short hair that hasn't gotten all tangled or unmanageable and doesn't look too far off from when we first got her. She is by far my daughter's favorite doll, much to my husband and who spent a lot more on my daughters new AG doll. I'm really happy with the quality of her and highly recommend this brand for anyone looking for a nice doll for their little ones or a gift.

I was so scared ordering a doll for Christmas. I looked at so many. Reading reviews and seeing pictures of dolls that looked nothing like what was advertised. I was so thankful when this showed up it was beautiful. Hair looks nice. Its a reddish-brown color. Blue eyes. Decent body weight for a real feel. The body is cloth without genitalia. Arms and legs are adjustable. She looks more like a doll than a baby but at least it's not creepy and terrible looking. The pacifier doesn't hold well but I wasn't worried about that. I'd say she fits closer to 0-3mo clothing. I haven't try any on from that size but the newborn footed pajamas are a tad too small. Long leg and body. Newborn 2 pieces, dresses, booties and caps are fine. I definitely recommend.

The clothes and accessories it comes with are very cute! The doll is a bit big, so i would recommend it for a 3-year-old or older. Cute toy and fun to play with. Falling apart after 3 months- REVISED

I purchased this cute doll for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves this baby so much! We bought some newborn clothes for the doll and my granddaughter dresses and undresses her. I am extremely surprised the doll is coming apart already. But the disappointment my sweet granddaughter is feeling is sad. The Amazon purchase is outside of return policy and the manufacture states 30 days as well. Now I have to “take baby to the doll hospital” don’t even know how to repair it at this point. *** I had contacted the seller about the problem with the stitching on baby. After 4 months, the seller sent me an email through Amazon. I called Amazon to see if this was legitimate. Amazon said they could see the message also. Long story short, I trusted the communication to be honest and sent a message back to the seller who offered a refund. I asked if I could just have a replacement. So with fingers crossed I waited. I was informed the replacement would be shipped directly to me from the seller. This morning a brand new replacement arrived, as promised. I can’t wait to “bring baby home from the doll hospital” when my granddaughter visits next. She will be thrilled! I am very impressed by the customer service of this company and thank them for standing by their product.

My daughter is in love with this baby. It is very realistic and she loves that the newborn real baby clothes fit the doll perfect. The hair is the only thing I think could be better it looks more like a wig. You cant pull it back or put up in a cute ponytail on top. The hair must lay flat. Over all tho very good quality.
